Pearl Traveller Drum Kit
Description
Description
The Pearl Compact Traveller is a clever and highly portable drum kit designed for drummers who want the feel and response of an acoustic kit without the size and bulk of a traditional drum set. Ideal for practice, small venues, street performances, schools, rehearsals and home use, the Compact Traveller provides a surprisingly full and lively sound from its minimalist design.
The kit consists of an 18" bass drum and 10" snare drum, with the snare mounted directly onto the bass drum frame. Both drums use standard drumheads and can be tuned with a conventional drum key, allowing you to adjust the sound to suit your playing style. The 18" bass drum provides a good amount of depth and punch, while the 10" snare delivers a sharp and responsive attack.
One of the biggest advantages of the Compact Traveller is its portability. The clever frame design allows the kit to fold down to less than 5" thick, making it exceptionally easy to transport and store. A padded handle also makes carrying the kit straightforward, making it particularly useful for musicians who regularly need to set up and pack down quickly.
The Pearl Compact Traveller can also be expanded with optional 10" and 14" toms, giving you the option of creating a more complete compact drum setup as your requirements develop. Please note that stands, cymbals and bass drum pedal are sold separately.
The Pearl Compact Traveller is a great choice for anyone looking for a compact, practical and genuinely playable acoustic drum kit. It offers an excellent solution where space is limited, while still providing the feel, tuning flexibility and character of acoustic drums.
