Description

This second hand guitar is in great condition

The Stagg L320 was part of Stagg’s range of affordable electric guitars inspired by classic designs. Marketed as a Les Paul–style single-cut guitar, it is aimed at beginners, students, and budget-conscious players who want the aesthetic and feel of a classic rock guitar without the price tag of a Gibson or Epiphone. Stagg, a Belgian company, has built a reputation for making entry-level instruments that balance cost-effectiveness with decent playability.

Build & Design

  • Body: Mahogany-style body (typically basswood or nato in some models) with an arched maple top, finished in various colors (commonly Cherry Sunburst, Vintage Sunburst, or Black).

  • Neck: Set-in mahogany/nato neck with a rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, and trapezoid inlays — closely following the Les Paul template.

  • Scale length: 24.75" (Gibson-style).

  • Hardware: Tune-o-matic bridge with stop tailpiece, chrome hardware.

  • Pickups: Dual humbuckers with a 3-way selector switch, two volume and two tone controls.

On looks alone, the L320 does a good job of mimicking the Les Paul Standard aesthetic — from the carved top to the cream binding and trapezoid inlays.

Tone & Performance

  • Pickups: The stock humbuckers are serviceable, delivering a warm, mid-focused tone that works for rock, blues, and heavier rhythm playing. .

  • Clean tones: Full and mellow,

  • Overdriven tones: Thick and punchy, great for classic rock riffs and power chords,

  • Playability: The set neck improves sustain compared to bolt-on budget guitars. Neck profile is fairly slim and comfortable for beginners.

Strengths

  • Attractive Les Paul–style design at a low price.

  • Dual humbuckers deliver versatile tones for rock and blues.

  • Solid feel and decent sustain for its price bracket.

  • Good starter guitar for learners who want the Les Paul look and sound.

The Stagg L320 is a budget-friendly Les Paul–style guitar that delivers solid looks, decent playability, and serviceable tones at an accessible price. While it won’t fool anyone into thinking it’s a Gibson, it can be a great first electric guitar or a reliable backup. With some upgrades (better pickups, proper setup), it can become a surprisingly capable gigging instrument for players on a budget.
