Vox VFS2A Footswitch
Description
Description
This item is brand new, however is it display stock so the box is slightly damaged.
The VOX VFS2A is a versatile two-button footswitch designed to provide convenient hands-free control of compatible VOX guitar amplifiers. Ideal for both rehearsals and live performance, it allows players to change amplifier settings without having to stop playing or reach for the controls on the front panel. Its straightforward layout makes it easy to use, while the sturdy construction is well suited to the demands of regular gigging and rehearsal.
The VFS2A features two independent footswitches, each with its own LED indicator to provide a clear visual indication of the selected function. Depending on the amplifier it is connected to, the two switches can be assigned to different functions, such as changing channels or activating and deactivating onboard effects. This makes it a useful addition for players who need quick access to their amplifier's key functions while performing.
Designed with a robust metal chassis, the VFS2A has a reassuringly solid feel underfoot and is built to handle repeated use. The compact design also makes it easy to position alongside a pedalboard or other stage equipment without taking up unnecessary space. The switches are simple to operate, allowing functions to be changed quickly and reliably during a performance.
Connection is made using the supplied stereo jack cable, providing a simple and secure link between the footswitch and compatible amplifier. The VFS2A is designed for use with a range of VOX amplifiers, including models from the AC15, AC30, AC15VR, AC30VR and Night Train ranges, although the exact functions controlled will depend on the amplifier being used.
For VOX players looking for a dedicated foot controller, the VFS2A offers a practical combination of simplicity, durability and useful hands-free control. Its twin-switch configuration and clear LED indicators make it an excellent accessory for getting more flexibility from a compatible VOX amplifier, particularly when changing settings quickly during a live performance.
